If you have an older spa that has developed a leak from an unknown source outside of the warranty period, please follow instructions as shown in the following video. All spa models ship with leak repair patches but not glue. Any of our spa models found to have a seam leak within the 12 month warranty period will be replaced with a new liner. If this is you, please contact customer service here.

With the exception of a newly opened spa, punctures from an outside source are not covered under warranty.
